Account Coordinator — Client Relations

What you'll do

• Respond to incoming client inquiries by phone and email
• triage and route complex or urgent requests
• resolve routine billing, eligibility, and service questions within protocols
• update client contact information
• process correspondence and promotional collateral orders
• document call outcomes and case details in Salesforce
• maintain knowledge bases, scripts, and SOPs
• participate in quality audits
• mentor and onboard new coordinators
• contribute to team meetings and assigned outreach.
