What you'll do

• Greet and register guests
• provide guest service and settle accounts
• complete night audit reports and balance accounts, house accounts, and credit cards
• process no-shows
• conduct at least four security walks per shift
• set up lobby coffee and breakfast if applicable
• handle complaints
• perform front desk transactions, reservations, cash control, and deposits
• operate phone and TDD equipment
• maintain shift logs
• manage room and master keys
• process lost and found
• assist with training
• coordinate room status and repairs.
