What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests according to company and facility policies
• safeguard confidential information and apply medical privacy regulations
• prepare and organize patient charts and records
• create digital images of paperwork
• retrieve and transmit records to internal and external requesters
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• document information across platforms
• may assist with walk-ins, faxes, mail, data entry, and pickup scheduling
• meet site productivity expectations.
