What you'll do

• Administer health insurance and process claims
• perform administrative tasks including faxing, copying, scanning, phone, and mail
• communicate with clients and vendors
• schedule appointments and manage correspondence
• answer and direct incoming calls or take messages according to firm guidelines
• process client needs and resolve problems
• maintain vendor and customer relationships
• update client information in the CRM and client and employee information in Zywave
• take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
