Assisted Living Caregiver

Job overview

The Assisted Living Caregiver role is onsite in Santa Rosa, CA, with compensation of $19.00–$22.75 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of active employment. The caregiver supports Gallaher Signature Living’s commitment to person-centered care that promotes residents’ dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing. The role assists residents with daily living and mobility, supports meals and companionship, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming living environment. Caregivers observe and report changes in residents’ condition and contribute to community life while following resident rights, confidentiality, infection-control practices, and applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, and mealtime service while respecting resident preferences and dignity. Respond to resident requests and alerts
• observe, document, and report changes in condition
• provide light housekeeping
• encourage independence and social participation
• and follow community policies, infection-control practices, resident rights, and confidentiality standards.
