Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Chattanooga, TN. Pay is $18 per hour. The position supports Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air’s daily warehouse operations and helps supply plumbing and HVAC technicians. The role keeps materials organized and available for technicians by receiving deliveries, stocking and preparing supplies, assisting with inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse. Training may be provided for forklift operation, and previous warehouse experience is not required.

What you'll do

• Receive and unload deliveries
• stock parts, materials, equipment, and supplies
• pull and prepare materials for technicians
• load and unload company vehicles
• operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment
• move materials
• organize and clean warehouse areas
• assist with inventory counts
• label parts
• process returned or damaged materials
• follow safety procedures
• assist the Warehouse Manager.
