Construction Manager I, II, or III

The manager oversees field construction operations and crews to deliver telecommunications infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. The role coordinates project execution, personnel, customer communication, reporting, and closeout while supporting operational performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Manage construction crews, foremen, subcontractors, and daily field operations. Coordinate schedules, staffing, materials, customer communication, production reporting, as-builts, closeout documentation, and budget performance. Coach and develop employees
• monitor progress, approve invoices and production reports, resolve field issues, and maintain compliance with customer requirements, regulations, safety standards, quality standards, and project specifications.
