What you'll do

• Assist customers in selecting parts
• explain companion part requirements and specials
• answer calls and provide quotes
• price parts and update the computer system
• notify customers about ordered parts
• process payments and maintain records
• replenish inventory
• arrange shipments, deliveries, or pickups
• follow up on back orders
• locate out-of-stock parts and assist with deliveries.
