What you'll do

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage
• estimate labor and parts
• photograph damage and upload it to the estimating system
• schedule repairs and arrange alternate transportation
• prepare supplementary estimates
• communicate with customers and insurance representatives
• follow up on insurance receivables
• perform quality control and assist technicians as needed.
