What you'll do

• Oversee nursing care operations, resident safety, quality assurance, and infection control
• administer, prepare, and document medications
• supervise and mentor nurses, caregivers, and the Assistant Director of Healthcare
• lead assessments, care conferences, and admissions
• coordinate home healthcare and hospice services
• monitor and report required incidents
• conduct supervisory visits for Medication Technicians and verify CMA competency
• participate in the Manager-on-Duty weekend rotation
• submit monthly healthcare reports.
