The superintendent oversees project schedules, materials, and equipment while mentoring team members to maintain high-quality construction standards.

What you'll do

• Manage multi-site operations and crew safety
• deliver projects ranging from $2.5M to $11M
• oversee blueprints, schedules, and subcontractors
• perform site layouts, grading, and excavation
• mentor crews of 5-7
• maintain client partnerships.
