What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff

• implement sales and customer engagement programs
• coach staff on product knowledge and sales
• maintain customer satisfaction and policy compliance
• and ensure timely completion of Omni orders. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
