Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Process customer production orders, returns, and exchanges
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person
• handle billing questions and payments
• coordinate with warehouse, pre-press, and production teams
• manage backorders and out-of-stock items
• track order status and documentation
• prepare bills of lading, shipment labels, and billing documents
• coordinate pickups and deliveries with transportation providers
• address customer concerns
• follow company procedures and American Institute of Baking requirements.
