What you'll do

• Depending on business needs and skills, duties may include plant care, harvesting and post-harvest work
• product preparation, packaging, labeling, and fulfillment
• maintaining cultivation areas
• completing production and inventory records
• following state regulations, company policies, seed-to-sale tracking, and safety practices.
