What you'll do

• Enroll guests in the Resorts Club loyalty program and set up accounts accurately
• promote club benefits, events, and current promotions
• assist with promotional activities, giveaways, and drawing events
• maintain an orderly front desk
• document transactions, prizes, and guest interactions
• answer guest questions
• cross-promote hotel, dining, and entertainment amenities
• follow company policies and gaming regulations.
