Program Supervisor

What you'll do

• Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day operations
• monitor staff productivity and client records for contract compliance, treatment fidelity, and quality improvement
• coordinate case management and client services
• develop and implement treatment goals with the treatment team
• provide direct client care and timely documentation
• perform shift management
• facilitate placement and transportation as needed
• provide field-based services
• participate in program meetings
• provide shift coverage as part of the on-call team.
