What you'll do

• Prepare and post journal entries
• record daily point-of-sale activity and client deposits
• monitor bank balances and cash flow
• compile weekly and monthly facility financial reports
• assist with accounts payable and receivable
• perform bank and credit-card reconciliations
• assist with budgets and forecasts
• prepare and file client sales and use tax returns
• complete assigned projects. Overnight travel to venue locations is approximately 10% of the time.
