What you'll do

• Lead policy and regulatory strategy across the Central Region
• analyze and advocate for policies supporting onsite generation, microgrids, grid resiliency, load flexibility, and BYOG
• monitor regulatory and market developments
• represent the company in ERCOT, PUC, legislative, utility, and industry forums
• prepare policy positions and advocacy materials
• build stakeholder relationships
• coordinate cross-functionally on policy solutions
• assess new markets and regulatory barriers.
