What you'll do

• Oversee resident assessments and individualized care plans
• manage medication systems and documentation
• oversee incident reporting, investigations, risk interventions, and infection control
• ensure regulatory compliance and participate in QAPI
• coordinate clinical updates and handoffs with physicians and families
• lead clinical staff meetings
• conduct competency checks and supervisory visits
• support staff training and development
• maintain RN licensure
• participate in resident engagement and clinical marketing support as appropriate.
