Groundman – Aggregate Plant

Job overview

The Groundman – Aggregate Plant role is onsite in Sheridan, AR, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 7 a.m.–5 p.m. and overtime as necessary. The role supports Premier Sand and Stone, a Coyote Rock subsidiary, in safe and efficient aggregate-plant operations.

What you'll do

• Clean trucks at the clean-out station
• perform general labor and material handling
• assist with plant startup, shutdown, inspections, and daily operations
• monitor production and plant components
• report abnormalities and safety risks
• maintain clean and safe plant areas
• operate equipment as needed
• cover other plant or shipping roles when requested
• and assist with maintenance and repairs.
