What you'll do

• Operate the POS system, cash register, fax machine, and credit-card terminal
• assist customers and donors professionally
• answer and direct telephone calls
• explain Goodwill services and activities
• follow Push System procedures for merchandise placement and rotation
• maintain sales-floor inventory
• display merchandise
• complete cash settlement and other reports
• report supply or inventory shortages
• follow payment, security, and safety procedures.
