What you'll do

• Administer medications according to physician orders, facility policies, and Rhode Island regulations
• document medication administration in eMAR
• observe residents for changes or side effects and report them to the charge nurse
• assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and meals
• provide CNA care as needed
• follow safety, infection-control, and privacy procedures.
