Technical Services Coordinator

What you'll do

• Prioritize and schedule service requests
• triage and assign technicians
• schedule PC deployments and onsite repairs
• monitor dispatch requests and route them within 30 minutes
• communicate appointment changes to clients
• coordinate vendor repairs and technician logistics
• receive, label, match, and track equipment
• support deployment readiness and Desktop Technician overflow
• maintain role documentation and identify process improvements.
