What you'll do

• Teardown, clean, and inspect frac valves and wellhead components
• measure dimensions and tolerances with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• replace standard wear components according to documented procedures
• assist with reassembly under Level 3 or 4 technician guidance
• perform basic pressure tests under direct supervision and record results
• complete inspection, repair, and work-order documentation
• begin cross-training on wellhead assembly
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area and participate in shop JSAs and safety meetings.
