What you'll do

• Diagnose and complete work orders
• ensure repairs meet company standards, safety protocols, and applicable codes
• oversee move-in inspections and make-ready work
• coordinate vendors, contractors, labor, materials, and timelines
• inspect completed units
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation across property areas
• train and evaluate technicians
• manage parts, supplies, tools, and budget coordination
• perform monthly preventive maintenance
• conduct safety meetings and maintain safety documentation
• comply with OSHA and applicable regulations
• respond to residents’ maintenance requests.
