What you'll do

• Build and maintain project schedules with preconstruction, safety, estimating, and BIM/fabrication teams
• review equipment submittals and arrange procurement
• issue trade subcontracts and monitor field progress
• manage budgets, revenue forecasts, schedules of values, and change orders
• implement safety plans and review drawings for design conflicts
• develop schedule-recovery plans when needed.
