What you'll do

• Lead and mentor field technicians and inspection staff
• manage quality assurance and quality control across projects
• review plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• serve as a technical resource
• develop scopes, budgets, estimates, and proposals
• monitor schedules, staffing, and budgets
• conduct or oversee field and laboratory testing
• prepare and review reports
• coordinate meetings
• identify project risks
• support business development
• ensure compliance with codes, DOT standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
