Railroad Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Lead safety and quality control policies
• plan construction processes and set goals and deadlines
• maintain a daily activity and site-condition diary
• manage punch lists and closeout
• supervise staff and provide feedback
• monitor project progress
• plan inspections and obtain permits
• order equipment and arrange maintenance
• track materials
• maintain a safe, clean, orderly job site and resolve site issues.
