• Assist customers in English and Spanish
• guide clients through vehicle options, test drives, and financing
• explain vehicle features, warranties, and benefits
• follow up with customers
• prepare monthly plans with sales leadership
• negotiate vehicle prices and trade-in values
• maintain knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing, and promotions
• use CRM software.
