Branch Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead daily launch and coordination of cleaning teams
• manage schedules, routes, call-offs, coverage changes, and customer communication
• recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain employees
• set expectations and address performance issues
• monitor quality through feedback, inspections, documentation, and follow-up
• respond to customer concerns
• maintain operational records
• track KPIs
• identify growth opportunities
• and provide field support when needed.
