What you'll do

• Order supplies and ingredients
• hire, onboard, train, and cross-train kitchen staff
• maintain inventory and conduct weekly counts
• schedule staff
• coordinate kitchen maintenance
• prepare ingredients and meals with cooks
• store and rotate food safely
• clean and sanitize work areas
• respond to guest questions and complaints
• monitor sales, food costs, labor, and other company targets.
