What you'll do

• Provide overnight supervision according to the care plan
• follow fall-prevention precautions
• respond to requests for assistance
• support safe mobility and authorized transfers
• report falls, near falls, injuries, and significant changes
• provide approved nighttime personal care and companionship
• maintain a safe environment
• communicate with facility personnel as needed
• complete accurate WellSky documentation and shift handoffs
• provide medication reminders only when authorized by the care plan and agency policy.

Why this role
