Dry Dock Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Dry Dock Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Everett, WA, with compensation of $26–$35 per hour. The position supports Everett Ship Repair’s commercial vessel repair, maintenance, and conversion work. The role coordinates and performs dry dock maintenance and repair activities to support equipment readiness, quality assurance, operational availability, and fleet reliability while meeting applicable technical and safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform dry dock maintenance according to written procedures and schedules
• execute work in compliance with NAVSEA requirements, manuals, drawings, and specifications
• monitor progress, staffing, materials, costs, and schedules
• inspect mechanical, piping, and auxiliary systems
• maintain configuration control and repair documentation
• review hazard analyses and work-control documents
• participate in production and safety meetings
• coordinate resolution of technical issues
• and support audits, inspections, and certifications.
