Consumer Care Representative

The Consumer Care Representative role is an onsite, in-office opportunity in Voorhees Township, NJ, with a stated starting rate of $18.00 per hour plus $630 per month toward medical health insurance. The role supports Coast Professional’s consumer account collections work. Working under close supervision and following scripts and procedures, the representative contacts debtors about delinquent accounts, explains repayment and resolution options, handles routine collections, and refers more complex accounts for resolution. The role also includes documenting interactions, scheduling follow-up contacts, and gathering account information when directed.

What you'll do

• Make incoming and outgoing collection calls
• inform debtors of account delinquencies and repayment options
• negotiate full payments, payment arrangements, or legal referrals
• review accounts and schedule follow-up contacts
• follow scripts and applicable laws and policies
• document interactions
• and gather or verify account information as directed.
