What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• duties may include bathing, meal planning and preparation, transferring and ambulating, grooming, toileting and incontinence care, assistance with client-self-administered medication, and transportation assistance
• document services provided and report to the Executive Director.
