Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Westminster, CA. Compensation is $21.00–$22.00 per hour. The position supports Carl’s Jr. restaurant operations and guest service. The Shift Leader directs shift activities when the General Manager is absent and helps the management team meet sales, profit, and cost goals. The role contributes to guest satisfaction by coordinating employees, maintaining operational routines, handling guest concerns, and completing required paperwork.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise shift activities
• plan and implement daily operational routines
• complete administrative duties and paperwork
• supervise opening or closing duties as directed
• follow management goals and directives
• follow point-of-sale and cash-handling procedures
• resolve guest questions and complaints with management involvement
• delegate tasks and ensure checklists are completed.
