Critical Facility Manager

The Critical Facility Manager role is onsite in Dickens, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule during normal business hours. Compensation is not specified. Salute provides data center infrastructure services to clients worldwide, and this role supports its data center operations team. The manager serves as the focal point for facility operations, overseeing critical electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety systems to support reliable operations and client satisfaction. The role leads engineers, technicians, and vendors; manages preventive and corrective maintenance and emergency response; and tracks operational metrics and asset lifecycle needs.
