What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities and surrounding areas
• monitor restricted-area access and verify authorization
• maintain logs
• respond to incidents and alarms
• notify appropriate personnel
• prepare incident reports
• observe and report unusual conditions, property damage, unsecured access points, and potential hazards.
