The Bilingual Clinician role is onsite in New Brunswick, NJ, and is part-time at approximately 15–20 hours per week, with morning and afternoon shifts based on agency needs and client availability. The clinician provides counseling in English and Spanish and supports clients with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring needs. The role contributes to recovery and wellness through assessment, individualized treatment planning, coordinated care, follow-up, and timely clinical documentation.

What you'll do

  • Provide individual and group counseling in English and Spanish
  • complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
  • use a respectful, trauma-informed approach
  • coordinate care and referrals with prescribers, nurses, case managers, and peers
  • follow up after missed visits and assess safety concerns
  • complete progress notes and records in myEvolv
  • participate in supervision and team meetings
  • support Mobile Unit and community-based services as assigned.
