The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Concord role is onsite in Concord, NH, with services delivered in community homes and other listed support locations. Pay is $28 per hour. This is a temporary assignment not exceeding 90 days. Community Bridges provides residential and day services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP supports clients’ independence, health, and daily living skills while providing care, companionship, and opportunities for community participation.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and eating
• transport clients to appointments and activities
• administer medications
• observe, document, and report daily activities
• for overnight assignments, assist with personal care and bedtime and morning routines, light housekeeping, and bed checks.
