What you'll do

• Coordinate with the Program Manager, Deputy, Assistant Program Managers, and Team Leads
• attend weekly program meetings, coordinate facility resources, take notes, record action items, and follow up
• produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets
• organize electronic program documents and files
• arrange meeting locations and invitations
• draft minutes for critical or decisional meetings
• prepare the Weekly Schedule Input to the Portfolio.
