What you'll do

  • Support real estate portfolio management across concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and recycled materials facilities.
  • Assist with lease reviews, permit tracking, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
  • Shadow Environmental, Land, and Safety Managers to learn compliance practices.
  • Audit and update Land Information Systems (LIS) and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage with local agencies and review ordinances, plans, and reports.
