What you'll do

• Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions
• identify opportunities to refer customers to appropriate staff
• cash checks, process savings withdrawals, and make cash advances
• verify transaction documents and authorization
• make decisions on questionable items
• assist teller workflow
• balance cash daily and follow procedures to minimize errors and reduce fraud.
