What you'll do

- assist with self-administered medication reminders as allowed by state regulations
- perform assigned light laundry and homemaking tasks
- provide respite when onsite as appropriate
- and document care according to organizational procedures. Qualifications include state-approved CNA training or equivalent, Nursing Assistant certification, current healthcare-provider CPR certification, a food handler permit, high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle. Hospice or related care experience is requested
- one year of home health or hospice experience is preferred.
