What you'll do

• Lead general managers across several Arizona restaurants
• ensure product quality, safe service speed, customer satisfaction, and policy compliance
• visit restaurants and support training and operational changes
• recruit, develop, and retain operations leaders
• maintain staffing and conduct performance reviews
• identify sales-growth opportunities and implement market plans
• oversee budgets, expenditures, profitability reports, and operational measures
• assess locations, remodeling needs, and potential sites with corporate teams.
