Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Review invoices, expenses, and credit card activity for coding and accuracy
• assist with accounts payable, vendor payments, and invoice or payment discrepancies
• prepare recurring journal entries and support general ledger activities
• complete bank and account reconciliations and research discrepancies
• support deposits, expense allocations, and recurring accounting processes across multiple locations.
