What you'll do

• Develop and adjust project schedules across trades and phases
• manage site access, material storage, deliveries, and equipment
• supervise on-site construction for compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards
• oversee subcontractors, procurement, vendors, and material ordering
• maintain RFIs, daily reports, and safety records
• coordinate meetings and issue resolution
• track labor and material costs
• manage stakeholder communications, punch lists, inspections, as-builts, and closeout documentation
• and conduct safety orientations and training.
