• Manage task-order projects

• monitor scope, schedule, costs, and resource allocation
• report and escalate issues
• manage subcontractor relationships and contracts
• conduct risk management and quality control
• maintain project documentation and progress updates
• provide onsite oversight of quality, safety, and risk mitigation
• develop and update construction schedules
• coordinate equipment and material deliveries
• review drawings and address construction issues
• interface with owners, design/build teams, and subcontractors.
