Service Delivery Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and motivate the team
• communicate issues and opportunities to leadership
• lead the audit team receiving requests from payors
• review data and provide solutions to clients and leadership
• manage requests from the client Risk Management Team
• plan for changing needs at client locations
• oversee escalations from centralized call centers
• participate in project teams and committees
• coordinate complex issues with client and location management.
