What you'll do

• Defend employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and other employment-related disputes
• advise on terminations, leaves, performance management, and wage-and-hour matters
• draft and review personnel policies, employment agreements, and workplace documents
• conduct legal research and draft motions and briefs
• support litigation phases
• work directly with clients on employment strategy and risk management.
